晁恩祥国医大师苏黄止咳颗粒治疗儿童变异性哮喘的临床研究

Clinical study of Suhuang Cough granule treated children with variant asthma by Chao Enxiang

目的根据国医大师晁恩祥的“风咳”理论,运用苏黄止咳颗粒治疗儿童变异性哮喘,评价苏黄止咳颗粒治疗儿童变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取符合研究标准的60例儿童变异性哮喘患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组为孟鲁司特钠+中药组,对照组为孟鲁司特钠+中药安慰剂组。治疗28天,观察患儿的咳嗽症状积分和中医主要、次要症状积分。结果①疾病疗效分析:治疗组总有效率96.7%,对照组总有效率76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),疾病疗效治疗组优于对照组;②咳嗽症状分析:日间咳嗽、夜间咳嗽症状改善治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)③中医证候疗效分析:咳嗽、咳痰、咽痒、气急、鼻塞、流涕、食欲、大便症状改善治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苏黄止咳颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗儿童变异性哮喘疗效确切,在疾病疗效、中医证候疗效方面均优于孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片。

Objective According to the theory of"wind-cough"put forward by Chao Enxiang,Suhuang cough suppressant was used to treat children's variant asthma and evaluate the clinical effect of Suhuang cough suppressant on children's variant asthma.Methods Choose 60 Children with variant asthma as the research object,study standard were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases),treatment group for Montelukast+Chinese traditional medicine group,control group for Montelukast+Chinese traditional medicine the placebo group.After 28 days of treatment,the scores of cough symptoms and TCM main and secondary symptoms were observed.Results①Analysis of disease efficacy:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,the total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②Cough symptom analysis:daytime cough,night cough symptom improvement treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)③TCM syndrome curative effect analysis:cough,expectoration,pharyngeal itching,shortness of breath,nasal congestion,runny nose,appetite,stool symptom improvement treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Suhuang cough relieving granule combined with Montelukast sodium chewable tablet is effective in the treatment of children with variant asthma,which is superior to Montelukast sodium chewable tablet in disease curative effect and TCM syndrome curative effect.
