蜈蚣败毒饮联合走罐治疗斑块型银屑病(血瘀证)的疗效评价及对免疫功能的影响

Efficacy evaluation of centipede Baidu drink combined with walking cup in the treatment of plaque psoriasis(blood stasis syndrome)and its influence on immune function

目的观察蜈蚣败毒饮联合走罐治疗斑块型银屑病(血瘀证)临床疗效,以及对免疫功能的作用。方法治疗组患者服用蜈蚣败毒饮加减并联合走罐疗法,对照组患者仅走罐治疗,治疗前、第2周、第4周患者以PASI评分标准、生活质量DLQI、中医症候评分标准进行评分,并检测治疗前后外周血中CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)数值。结果治疗后治疗组蜈蚣败毒饮加减联合走罐疗法PASI评分、生活质量指数低于对照组走罐治疗,治疗组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,治疗组CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蜈蚣败毒饮加减联合走罐疗法可有效改善患者皮损状况、提高患者生活质量并提高患者免疫功能,有较好疗效,适合临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the effect of centipede Baidu Decoction combined with walking cup in the treatment of blood stasis syndrome of plaque psoriasis and its effect on immune function.Methods Patients in the treatment group took centipede Baidu Decoction plus or minus combined with cupping therapy,and patients in the control group were treated with cupping only.Patients in the treatment group were observed according to the PASI scoring standards,quality of life DLQI,and TCM syndrome scoring standards before treatment,at the second and fourth weeks.Score,and detect CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in peripheral blood before and after treatment,and observe the effect on immune function.Results The PASI score and quality of life index of centipede Baidu Decoction combined with cupping therapy in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group.CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8^(+)in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Centipede Baidu Decoction combined with cupping therapy can effectively improve the skin lesions of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the immune function of patients.It has good curative effect and is suitable for clinical promotion and use with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.
