基于“肾藏精”的女性生殖衰老与卵巢生殖干细胞关系探讨

Relationship between female reproductive senescence and ovarian reproductive stem cells based on"kidney sperm storage"

传统中医学认为,肾藏精,主生殖。肾中之精,保证了女性随年龄增长而出现的生殖功能的正常。卵巢生殖干细胞的存在,可以保证卵母细胞的质量与数量。而女性生殖衰老主要可造成卵巢功能下降、怀孕困难及可能引发相应卵巢疾病。维持卵巢功能的正常,防止其早衰,是目前亟需解决的一大难题。文章从“肾藏精”角度探讨生殖衰老与卵巢生殖干细胞的关系,希望借此更加深化对“肾藏精”的理解,对今后应对女性生殖衰老有所助益。

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the kidney stores essence,the main reproductive.The essence of the kidney ensures the normal reproductive function of women as they grow older.The existence of ovarian reproductive stem cells can guarantee the quality and quantity of oocytes.Female reproductive aging can mainly cause ovarian function decline,pregnancy difficulties and may lead to the corresponding ovarian diseases.To maintain the normal function of ovary and prevent premature senility is a big problem to be solved urgently.This paper discusses the relationship between reproductive senescence and ovarian reproductive stem cells from the perspective of"kidney sperm storage",hoping to deepen the understanding of"kidney sperm storage"and help to deal with female reproductive senescence in the future.
