五味子“早红”与“嫣红”叶绿素荧光参数的比较 被引量:1

摘要 选取直立篱架栽培的“早红”和“嫣红”2个五味子品种,开展了叶绿素荧光参数的比较研究。结果表明:在OJIP标准曲线中,“嫣红”叶片W_(k)和V_(J)值均大于“早红”,其叶片的相对可变荧光强度均小于“早红”,说明自然光照条件下“嫣红”叶片的电子供体侧和受体侧受抑制程度高于“早红”;“早红”叶片F_(v)/F_(m)和PI_(ABS)均显著大于“嫣红”,表明“早红”叶片光系统Ⅱ活性高于“嫣红”。“嫣红”叶片单位面积内反应中心的数量(RC/CS_(O))少于“早红”,单位反应中心吸收(ABS/RC)和捕获的光能(TR_(O)/RC)高于“早红”,均表明“嫣红”篱架叶片部分反应中心失活,电子传递受到抑制,光合能力下降等方面也比“早红”明显。五味子品种“早红”和“嫣红”的光合特性存在较大差异,开展有针对性的栽培方式研究有重要意义。 A comparative study of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters was carried out by selecting two varieties of Schisandra chinensis,“Zaohong”and“Yanhong”cultivated on vertical fence.The results showed that in the OJIP standard curve,the W_(k) and V_(J) values of“Yanhong”were larger than“Zaohong”,and the relative variable fluorescence intensity of the leaves was less than“Zaohong”.It shows that the electron donor side and acceptor side of“Yanhong”leaves are more inhibited than“Zaohong”under natural light.The F_(v)/F_(m) and PI_(ABS) of“Zaohong”were significantly larger than those of“Yanhong”,indicating that the activity of photosystemⅡof“Zaohong”leaves was higher than that of“Yanhong”under the condition of fence.The number of reaction centers per unit area(RC/CS_(O))of the“Yanhong”was less than“Zaohong”,and the unit reaction center absorption(ABS/RC)and captured light energy(TR_(O)/RC)were higher than“Zaohong”.All of them indicate that the reaction center of the“Yanhong”fence leaves is inactivated,the electron transfer is inhibited,and the photosynthetic capacity is also reduced compared with“Zaohong”.The photosynthesis characteristics of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill cultivar“Zaohong”and“Yanhong”are quite different,and it is of great significance to carry out research on targeted cultivation methods.
