Laser and light technology for scar restoration

近20年来,激光和光技术治疗瘢痕得到了迅猛的发展,已被越来越多的激光领域的医师和患者所接受,激光和光技术已成为一种微创的、低风险的、疗效可预期的治疗瘢痕方法,但在瘢痕再生修复的基础理论、治疗机制和激光创面护理等方面仍有许多问题需要解决。笔者评价了激光和光技术治疗瘢痕的效果,展望了激光和光技术治疗瘢痕的应用前景。

Laser and light technology for the treatment of scar get rapid development over the past twenty years.This technology is accepted by more and more doctors and patients.Laser and light technology has become a kind of minimally invasive and low-risk treatment strategy,the curative effect can be expected.There are still many problems such as the basic theory of scar restoration,mechanism and wound care to be solved.This paper evaluates the clinical efficacy of laser and light technology in the treatment of scar and discuss the application prospect.
