智慧就业公共服务平台模型构建研究分析——以湖南工商大学为例

Research and Analysis on the Construction of Smart Employment Public Service Platform Model——Take Hunan University of Technology and Business as an Example

随着大数据、互联网、物联网及云计算技术的发展,智慧就业成为大学生就业服务的新趋势。本文针对目前部分高校在智慧就业平台实践探索中存在的问题,运用人工智能的算法、算力、数据等相关技术,设计构建以政府为主导的“大学生智慧就业公共服务平台模型”,为高校大学生和广大用人单位提供就业信息的精准对接和精准匹配,并对平台的有效运行提出对策建议,从而有助于实现大学生更充分、更高质量、更满意的就业。

With the development of big data,the Internet,the Internet of Things and cloud computing technology,smart employment has become a new trend of employment services for college students.Aiming at the problems existing in the practice and exploration of the smart employment platform in some colleges and universities,this paper uses the algorithms,computing power,data and other related technologies of artificial intelligence to design and build a government led"public service platform model for college students’smart employment",provide college students and employers with accurate docking and matching of employment information,and propose countermeasures and suggestions for the effective operation of the platform,Thus,it will help to achieve a fuller,higher quality and more satisfactory employment for college students.
