摘要
本文以华东地区某高校过去三年的就业数据为例,分析大学生就业期望和实际就业方向、期望与实际就业单位、期望与实际就业区位、期望与实际就业环境、期望与实际就业工资的差异,在此基础上进一步分析大学生期望和实际就业工资的影响因素。通过实证研究厘清大学生期望与实际就业间的差异及影响因素,对于精准提升大学生高质量就业具有重要意义。为此,高校、大学生和管理部门应各司其责,精准施策,协同促进大学生就业质量提升。
Taking the employment data of a university in East China in the past three years as an example,this paper analyzes the differences between college students’ expectation and actual employment direction,expectation and actual employment unit,expectation and actual employment location,expectation and actual employment environment and employment wage.On this basis,it further analyzes the influencing factors of college students’ expectation and actual employment wage.Based on an empirical study,this paper argues that knowing the difference and affecting factors of college students employment both expectation and actual situation,is very helpful to college students’ high-quality employment.In order to achieve this goal.University,students and management departments should work on their responsibility,make concrete policy.
