摘要
本文结合二十大报告中有关就业内容的主要精神,基于全国高校毕业生就业调查数据,从就业数量、就业公平、就业质量等方面,对我国高校毕业生的就业状况进行回顾,对“十四五”时期的就业趋势进行展望和分析。
Based on the main spirit of the employment content in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and based on the employment survey data of college graduates nationwide,this paper reviews the employment situation of college graduates in China from the aspects of employment quantity,employment equity,employment quality,etc.,and looks forward to and analyzes the employment trend during the"14th Five Year Plan"period.
