《大学生职业生涯规划》课程效果评价与分析——以中国石油大学(华东)为例

Evaluation and Analysis on the Effect of College Students’ Career Planning——Take China University of Petroleum (East China) as an Example

通过对选修大学生职业生涯规划课程的1236名学生课前课后情况进行问卷调查,采用卡方检验进行分析,对课程效果进行评价。学生对课程整体满意度及课程内容设置、课堂教学组织、课程针对性、课程启发性4个维度满意度均较高。课程对学生在自我认知、职业认知、职业能力、积极主动性、促进行动5个方面的14个维度的效果均是显著,但是显著程度不同,自我认知和职业能力的维度之间的效果有差异,职业认知、积极主动性、促进行动的维度之间没有显著差异。进一步提升课程效果,可以从调整课程体系,优化课程内容;分类选课对象,分段进行授课;理论实践结合,强化技能训练;学校企业联合,提供资源平台四个方面进行。

This paper aims at evaluating the effectiveness of the course by using chi-square test to analyze the situation of 1236 college students who take the course of "college students’ career planning".Figures shows that students have a high degree of satisfaction with the overall curriculum,course content setting,classroom teaching organization,curriculum pertinence and curriculum elicitation.The curriculum provides significant benefits on students’ self-cognition,vocational cognition,vocational ability,initiative and action promoting in 14 different dimensions with different levels of degree.Differences between the dimensions of self-perception and vocational competence are obvious whereas there are no significant difference between the dimensions of vocational perception,initiative and action promoting.
