大学生学习收获对就业力影响研究——以北京工业大学为例

Study on the Influence of College Students’Learning Gain on Employability——Take Beijing University of Technology as an Example

摘要 当前我国大学毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,如何培养大学生就业力,进一步推动实现高质量就业成为各界关注的热点问题,学习收获是评价大学生在校学习与未来发展质量的重要维度。据此,以北京工业大学在校和已毕业大学生为研究样本,通过问卷调研和深度神经网络分析大学生学习收获对就业力的影响,研究结果表明毕业年限、性别、团队领导和协作能力等是影响就业力的关键要素,并以在校生数据进行模拟预测,发现期望薪资与毕业生工作四年后薪资水平大致持平,大学生对岗位认知与自我价值定位存在偏差。据此有针对性地从高校课程设置、培养方案和考核方式提出改进建议,通过提高大学生学习收获进而培育就业力提供依据和借鉴。 At present,the employment situation of college graduates in China is becoming increasingly severe.How to cultivate the employment ability of college students and further promote high-quality employment has become a hot issue from all walks of life.Learning harvest is an important dimension to evaluate the quality of college students’learning and future development.In Beijing university of technology and graduated students for research samples,through the questionnaire survey and deep neural network analysis on the impact of employment,the results show that graduation years,gender,team leadership and cooperation ability is the key factors of employment,and in student data simulation prediction,found that the expected salary and graduate salary after four years roughly flat,college students to job cognition and self-value positioning deviation.Accordingly,we put forward targeted improvement suggestions from the curriculum setting,training programs and assessment methods of colleges and universities,and provide basis and reference for cultivating employment ability by improving the learning harvest of college students.
