摘要
对于不同金属材料,分别采用夏比U型缺口试样和夏比V型缺口试样进行冲击吸收能量测试,并对夏比V型缺口试样断口的剪切断面率和侧膨胀值进行测量,研究了不同缺口形式的冲击吸收能量测试结果之间的关系,以及夏比V型缺口试样的冲击吸收能量和断口测量结果之间的关系。研究结果可为韧性测试标准的制定提供技术支持。
For different metal materials, Charpy U-notch specimens and Charpy V-notch specimens were used to test the impact absorbed energy, and the shear fracture rate and lateral expansion value of the fracture of Charpy V-notch specimens were tested, the relationship between the impact absorbed energy test results of different notch forms and the relationship between the impact absorbed energy of Charpy V-notch specimens and the impact fracture performance were studied. The research results could provide technical support for the formulation of toughness test standards.
