乳制品冷链末端配送容器研究

Research on Terminal Distribution Container of Dairy Products Cold Chain

目前,在低温乳制品冷链末端配送入户阶段,存在着诸如送奶员室外二次分拣、配送容器保冷效果差,送奶员操作不规范等情况。为避免此类问题,保证配送入户的生鲜乳制品品质,本文研究分析了送奶员的具体配送操作及需求,设计了一款末端配送容器(后称保冷送奶箱)。保冷送奶箱通过内置存放格存放低温乳制品,规范送奶员每次配送的低温乳制品数量;通过设置空瓶存放格,避免空瓶对乳制品产生污染;标准化使用存放盒,省去送奶员室外二次分拣环节;设计制冰模具,提高制冰效率;安装可拆卸电子盒,对乳制品的温度及位置进行监控。本文设计的保冷送奶箱,可有效提高低温乳制品冷链末端配送入户阶段的效率,保证低温乳制品品质。

At present, in the stage of cold chain end distribution of low-temperature dairy products to households, there are some problems, such as outdoor secondary sorting by milkman, the poor cooling effect of distribution container, and non-standard operation by milkman, etc. In order to avoid the above phenomenon and ensure the quality of fresh dairy products delivered to households, this paper studied and analyzed the specific delivery operations and demand of milkmen and designed a terminal delivery container(later called cold milk delivery box). Cold milk delivery box stores low-temperature dairy products through built-in storage compartment, and standardizes the number of low temperature dairy products delivered by the milkman each time;by setting the empty bottle storage compartment, avoid empty bottle polluting dairy products;through the standardized use of storage boxes, the secondary sorting process of the milkman outside the room is omitted;by designing ice-making molds, the ice-making efficiency is improved;by installing a detachable electronic box, the temperature and position of dairy products are monitored. Therefore, the cold milk delivery box designed in this paper can effectively improve the efficiency of door-to-door stage at the end of the cold chain of low-temperature dairy products and ensure the quality of low-temperature dairy products.
