摘要
针对一起因汽车车内水性阻尼胶(LASD)压线时间久导致材料局部脱落问题的应用案例,对原材料配方、现场施工工艺进行了分析与验证,通过延长材料表干时间、降低发泡剂含量、降低局部烘烤温度及降低膜厚等方法解决了该问题。
Aiming at an application case of partial shedding of materials caused by a long pressing time of LASD in automobile,the formulation of raw materials and the construction technology on site were analyzed and verified,and the problems were solved by prolonging the surface drying time of materials,reduce foaming agent content reducing the local baking temperature and reducing the film thickness.
