摘要 在汽车行业轻量化转型的进程中,铝材以其质量轻、强度高等突出的综合优势,在白车身上的应用越来越多,铝材与涂装前处理工艺的配套性问题逐渐成为许多老生产线面临的共同课题。简要介绍了铝材与传统的磷化工艺生产线配套时需要注意的问题点和解决方法,以及行业内针对多种板材共线前处理问题的新技术及其发展现状。 In the process of lightweight transformation in the automotive industry,aluminum is more and more used in white body because of its outstanding comprehensive advantages of light weight and high strength.The compatibility between aluminum and coating pretreatment process has gradually become a common topic faced by many old production lines.The problems needing attention and solutions when matching aluminum white body with the traditional phosphating process production line,as well as the new technology and development status of collinear pretreatment of various plates in the industry were introduced.
