摘要
针对一种带有轴承套结构的牵引电机,通过分析电机轴承装配的结构特点,提出一种免解体更换电机轴承的工艺方案,并通过现场验证确认方案的可行性。通过实施该方案,不仅保证了电机轴承装配质量,提升了电机更换轴承效率,同时还降低了电机检修成本。
Aiming at a traction motor with bearing sleeve structure,through analyzing the structural characteristics of motor bearing assembly,a process scheme of replacing motor bearing without disassembly is put forward,and its feasibility is verified by field verification.Through the implementation of the scheme,the assembly quality of the motor bearing is guaranteed,the efficiency of replacing the motor bearing is improved,and the maintenance cost of the motor is reduced.
