摘要
近几年来的新冠肺炎疫情对大学生的身心健康等方面产生了一定的影响,由此“大学生心理咨询预约平台”以解决心理问题为目的,使用最短的时间解决最大的问题,该平台有五个不同的角色,分别为学生、初访员、心理咨询师助理、心理咨询师和超级管理员,其中学生预约心理咨询师和初访员对学生提交的信息审核,心理咨询助理给学生安排心理咨询师,心理咨询师收到通知后通过线下给学生咨询并将咨询后结果录入和申请咨询延长,超级管理员管理账号等功能。系统使用两种算法,一种排课算法:对咨询师的时间安排的算法;另一种推荐算法根据不同心理问题推荐不同的心理知识。
In recent years, due to the impact of the COVID-19, it has had a certain impact on the physical and mental health of college students[1]. Therefore, the“College Students’ psychological consultation appointment platform”aims to solve psychological problems and use the shortest time to solve the biggest problems. The platform has five different roles, namely, students, firsttime visitors, counselor assistants, counselors, and super administrators. Among them, students make an appointment with a psychological counselor, the first interviewer reviews the information submitted by students, the psychological counseling assistant arranges psychological counselors for students, and the psychological counselor inputs the results of the counseling and applies for the extension of the counseling through offline counseling to students after receiving the notice, and the super administrator manages the account number and other functions. The system uses two algorithms, one is the algorithm for arranging the time of the counselor, and the other is the algorithm for recommending different psychological knowledge according to different psychological problems.
