摘要
现代产业要求在大型物资管理系统中实现全自动物资精细化管理,特别是在特种物品管理的场景下,现有传统的标识技术已经带来了风险和隐患,如在电力工具管理中,使用传统的RFID标签会显著降低绝缘工具的绝缘性,使绝缘工具面临被高压击穿的风险,可能危及使用者的生命。面对这样的现状,本文研发了基于视觉的图形码识别产品,能够在物品表面环形布局,具有局部识读物品身份的标签技术,识别技术主要以图像处理、机器视觉为主,解决了条形码、二维码需要精准摆放、RFID影响物品绝缘性等关键问题,可以应用在不同环境的智能仓储中助力实现全自动物资精细化管理。
Modern industry requires the realization of automatic refined material management in large-scale material management system, especially in the scenario of special goods management, the existing traditional identification technology has brought risks and hidden dangers. For example, in the management of power tools, the use of traditional RFID tags will significantly reduce the insulation of insulating tools, making insulating tools face the risk of high voltage breakdown. The user’s life may be endangered. Faced with such a situation, this paper developed a visual-based graphic code identification product, which can be arranged in a circular pattern on the surface of the object and has a label technology that can partially read the identity of the object. The recognition technology mainly focuses on image processing and machine vision, which solves the key problems such as the accurate placement of bar codes and two-dimensional codes, and the influence of RFID on the insulation of objects. It can be used in intelligent storage in different environments to help realize automatic fine management of materials.
