基于Mooney-Rivlin本构模型的捣固凸轮橡胶弹簧变形分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对捣固机用橡胶弹簧工作过程中出现弹力不足致使提锤力下降的问题,基于橡胶Mooney-Rivlin本构模型,拟合出橡胶弹簧材料参数。采用仿真和试验结合的方法,获得橡胶弹簧在不同变形量下支反力和综合应力在圆周方向上的分布规律。结果表明,橡胶弹簧应力-应变在小变形范围内符合虎克定律,所得橡胶本构模型参数能够真实反映实际橡胶弹簧的力学性能,为进一步研究成品橡胶弹簧的性能提供了途径。 Aiming at the problem that the rubber spring used for stamping machine has insufficient elastic force in the working process,which leads to the decrease of hammer lifting force. Based on the rubber Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model,the material parameters of rubber spring are fitted. By means of simulation and test,the circumferential distribution law of the supporting reaction force and comprehensive stress of rubber spring under different deformations was obtained. The results show that the stress and strain of the rubber spring conform to Hooke’s law in a small deformation range,and the parameters of the rubber constitutive model can reflect the mechanical properties of the actual rubber spring more truly,which provides an approach for further study of the properties of the finished rubber spring.
