基于炼焦的火落特性,借助自动检测和分析、集成技术,建立了数控模型。在此基础上,结合7.63m焦炉的生产运行实际,开发了智能炼焦生产管理系统。重点阐明了该系统的原理、组成和功能,并总结了其应用效果和经验。

Based on the characteristics of net coking time in cokemaking,a numerical control model has been established with the help of automatic detection,analysis and integration technology. Further,an intelligent cokemaking management system has been developed by integrating the actual operation of 7.63 m coke oven. The principle,composition and function of the system are emphasized,and its application effect and experience are summarized.
