摘要
针对干熄焦红焦运输及装入过程中可能发生的生产事故,采用工业机器视觉系统进行检测。工业机器视觉系统提供的辅助决策支持,减少了人工检查干熄焦关键工序的错误率和不确定性,提高了干熄焦的生产效率和安全性。
Due to potential accidents possibly occurred during red hot coke conveying and charging in CDQ operation,industrial machine vision system is therefore adopted for safety detection,which will provide assistant decision support to minimize error rate and uncertainty by manual detection at key links so as to improve production efficiency and safety in the CDQ operation.
