摘要
对苯加氢系统各温度参数与外界温度的相关性进行研究。结果表明,外界温度偏低导致原料温度偏低和蒸发塔塔底温度过高,会增大预蒸发器及重沸器负荷,加剧换热器的堵塞。通过增加原料伴热装置、定期更换保温层等措施,减少了苯加氢系统堵塞。
Study is made to the correlation between the temperature parameters and outside temperature for benzene hydrogenation system. The result indicates that low outside temperature leads to low temperature of feedstock and high temperature at bottom of evaporator, which would increase the load of pre-evaporator and reboiler and exacerbate the blockage of heat exchanger.The blockage of benzene hydrogenation system was reduced by adding heat tracing device for feedstock and regularly replacing insulation layer.
