摘要
对湿法熄焦装置进行改造,降低了熄焦水用量,减少了VOCs和水蒸气产生量。收集的VOCs经过冷凝降温、除雾后,送往锅炉进行燃烧,不仅可回收热量,而且减少了VOCs无组织排放。改造了焦油氨水分离槽与焦油储罐并通入氮气,不仅能减少轻油挥发损失,而且能有效收集槽罐内的挥发性有机气体。
This paper introduces upgrading for wet quenching system. As a result,reduction can be achieved in quenching water consumption,VOCs generation and steam production. After condensation,cooling and demisting,the collected VOCs are sent to boiler for combustion,which can not just recover heat,but also minimize fugitive emission of the VOCs. Tar-ammonia liquor separating tank and tar tank have been modified and filled with nitrogen. This approach can not only reduce the loss of light oil,but also effectively gather the volatile organic gases in the tank.
