基于专利的广东省卫星应用产业发展分析及建议

Patent Analysis and Suggestions on the Development of Satellite Applications Industry in Guangdong Province

为进一步全面把握广东省卫星应用产业发展状况,通过incoPat专利信息平台进行国内卫星应用技术专利检索,建立2000—2020年全国专利数据池,运用专利分析方法,围绕专利态势、技术领域、创新主体三大维度对比分析广东、北京、江苏和上海四省市卫星应用产业发展状况,并从内外部发展现状研判广东发展态势。结果表明,我国卫星应用产业正处于快速发展期,广东省相关技术专利总量居全国第二,其中电通信技术、基本电气元件、核算装置、车辆应用4个领域的专利数量排名第一,在电通信技术、基本电气元件、核算装置和车辆应用领域优势明显;创新主体支柱是企业,但领域内整体协同创新程度相对较弱。因此,建议广东省卫星应用产业进一步强链补链推动集群发展,持续激发市场主体活力,大力集聚人才、技术、平台等创新资源。

In order to grasp the development status of satellite application industry in Guangdong province,this paper conducts patent search for domestic satellite application technology through the incoPat patent information platform,and establishes the 2000-2020 China satellite application patent data pool.By using patent analysis methods,around three dimensions of patent situation,technology field and innovation subject,it comparative analyses the patent situation of Guangdong with Beijing,Jiangsu,Shanghai and other places,and judges the development trend of Guangdong from current situation of internal and external development.The results show that satellite applications of China are in a period of rapid development,the total number of satellite application technology patents in Guangdong ranks second in China,with the advantages of telecommunications technology,basic electrical components,calculating devices and automotive electronics applications;enterprises are the pillar of innovation,but the overall atmosphere of innovation collaboration is still weak in Guangdong.Therefor,it is suggested that the satellite application industry in Guangdong should further strengthen the chain and promote the cluster development,continuously stimulate the vitality of market subjects,and vigorously gather innovative resources such as talents,technology and platforms.
