摘要
通过问卷和访谈的形式,以一所医科大学文科专业教师为研究对象展开调研,发现医科院校文科专业教师从科研工作中获得的成就感和满足感较低、对学校福利待遇的满意度相对较低、对职业发展前景的感知相对不是很乐观以及教师身心健康调试能力相对较低等问题,以此提出相应的改进措施,从而增强医科院校文科专业教师职业幸福感。
Through questionnaire and interview, the author conducted a survey on the teachers of Liberal Arts in a Medical University, and found that the professional teachers of Liberal Arts in medical colleges have a low sense of achievement and satisfaction from scientific research, a relatively low degree of satisfaction with school welfare, a relatively low sense of career development prospects, and a relatively low ability to debug physical and mental health of teachers In order to enhance the professional well-being of Arts Teachers in medical colleges, this paper puts forward corresponding improvement measures.
