地方医科院校教师教学能力的提升策略研究——基于大学教学学术的视角

摘要 大学教学学术是指大学教师以自身教学实践活动为研究对象而开展的专业性学术研究活动,其以促进“教师的教”和“学生的学”为旨归。大学教学学术与教师教学能力有着直接的耦合关系。其中,大学教学学术是教师教学能力提升的内在要求,而教师教学能力是大学教学学术发展的价值旨归。营造大学教学学术文化、推行大学教学学术沙龙和形成大学教学学术共同体是大学教学学术视角下地方医科院校教师教学能力提升的突破之道。 University teaching academic activity refers to the professional academic research activities carried out by university teachers with their own teaching practice activities as the research object, which aims to promote “teacher’s teaching” and “students’ learning”.There is a direct coupling relationship between university teaching scholarship and teachers’ teaching ability.Among them, university teaching academic activity is the inherent requirement for the improvement of teachers’ teaching ability, and teachers’ teaching ability is the value goal of university teaching and academic development.Creating a university teaching academic activity culture, implementing a university teaching academic activity salon and forming a university teaching academic activity community are the breakthroughs for improving the teaching ability of local medical college teachers from the perspective of university teaching academic activity.
