临床医学本科生及带教教师对早期临床实践教学主观评价的研究 被引量:1

Subjective evaluation on early stage of preceptorship teaching by clinical medicine undergraduates and preceptors

摘要 目的:了解学生及教师对《早期临床实践Ⅰ》课程的主观评价,提高教学质量。方法:采用自行设计问卷对临床医学专业本科生155人及带教教师175人进行调查。结果:学生和教师评价各项教学目的完成情况的百分比除初步探索科研外其余均在90%以上。对模块式教学设计合理性评价较高,除慢性病患者流行病学问卷调查模块(P=0.025),其余师生评价差异均无统计学意义。95%以上学生认为课程对职业精神、医患沟通能力和医患共情能力的培养有帮助。教师认为自身需要加强的方面排名前3项为科研能力、教学能力和技巧、管理能力。结论:课程达到教学目标,模块式教学方法得到师生认可。需加强基层医疗机构师资队伍建设,注重学生早期科研意识培养,以进一步提高教学效果。 Objective: To understand the subjective evaluation of students and preceptorson the course of early clinical practiceⅠand to improve teaching quality.Methods: 155 clinical medicine undergraduates and 175 teachers were investigated with self-designed questionnaire.Results: The percentages of completion of teaching purposes from students and preceptors were all above 90% except preliminary exploration of scientific research.The evaluation of the rationality of modular precepting design was good, and there were no significant differences in the evaluation of each module between students and preceptors except the epidemiological questionnaire module of patients with chronic disease(P=0.025).More than 95% of students thought that the course was helpful to the cultivation of professional spirit, doctor-patient communication ability and doctor-patient empathy ability.The top three aspects that preceptors thought they need to strengthen were scientific research ability, precepting ability and skills, and management ability.Conclusions: The course has achieved precepting purposes and modular precepting method has been recognized by preceptors and students.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of precepting staff in primary medical institutions and pay attention to the cultivation of students’ awareness of scientific research in the early stage so as to further improve the precepting effect.
