摘要
目的:探讨正念冥想训练联合音乐疗法对护生考试压力、焦虑和学习成绩的影响。方法:选取2019年9月至2019年11月98名护理专业学生,分为对照组和实验组,对照组未施加任何干预,实验组在考试前进行为期4周的正念冥想训练联合音乐疗法,观察两组压力、焦虑情况和护理操作得分。结果:干预后,实验组护生的CPSS得分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,实验组护生的SAI、TAI得分降低,且实验组得分低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组护生的护理操作得分为(87.56±4.28)分,明显高于对照组的(84.71±7.93)分(P<0.05)。结论:正念冥想训练联合音乐疗法的护理教育能有效减少护生压力和焦虑,提高护生的护理技能得分。
Objective: To investigate the effect of mindfulness meditation training combined with music therapy on exam stress, anxiety and academic performance of nursing students.Methods: 98 nursing students from September 2019 to November 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an intervention group.The control group did not receive any intervention, and the intervention group received a four-week mindfulness meditation training combined with music therapy before the exam.Scores of stress, anxiety and nursing operations in the two groups.Results: After the intervention, the CPSS score of the nursing students in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05);after the intervention, the SAI and TAI scores of the nursing students in the intervention group decreased, and the intervention group was lower than the control group(p<0.05);The nursing operation score of nursing students in the group was(87.56±4.28),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(84.71±7.93)(p<0.05).Conclusion: The nursing education of mindfulness meditation training combined with music therapy can effectively reduce the stress and anxiety of nursing students, and improve the nursing skills scores of nursing students.
