微创青光眼手术的研究新进展

Recent advances in minimally invasive glaucoma surgery

目前对青光眼的治疗主要是通过药物、激光和手术将眼压控制在视神经损害不进一步发展的水平。随着技术的发展, 各种微创性青光眼手术不断兴起, 为青光眼治疗提供了更多选择。本文主要综述了近年来新兴的几种微创手术装置的原理、适应证和临床效果, 以期对青光眼手术治疗的选择有所裨益。

The current mainstream therapeutic strategies for glaucoma,included glaucoma medication,lasers and surgeries,all focus on controlling intraocular pressure at a level where optic nerve damage is not further developed.In the past few decades,many kinds of minimally invasive glaucoma surgeries(MIGS)were developed,providing a lot of options for mild,moderate,and severe glaucoma patients.This review mainly summarizes the principles,indications and clinical efficacy of several emerging MIGS devices,hoping to be helpful in the choice of glaucoma treatment.
