丽水地区新生儿与婴幼儿TORCH检测结果分析

Analysis of TORCH test results in neonates and infants in Lishui Area

摘要 目的了解丽水地区新生儿与婴幼儿TORCH感染情况,为丽水TORCH感染预防提供科学依据。方法采用化学发光微粒子免疫检测法(CMIA)检测新生儿与婴幼儿血清中特异性的抗体,对数据进行统计学分析。结果1933例标本中,TORCH-IgG总阳性率为99.74%,TORCH-IgM总阳性率为4.13%,其中CMV-IgG、TOX-IgG、RV-IgG、HSVⅠ-IgG、HSVⅡ-IgG阳性率分别为85.05%、2.97%、66.13%、72.79%、17.84%,CMV-IgG阳性率最高,TOX-IgG阳性率最低,CMV-IgM、TOX-IgM、RV-IgM、HSVⅠ-IgM、HSVⅡ-IgM阳性率分别为3.20%、0.09%、0.09%、0.14%、0.09%,CMV-IgM的阳性率最高。不同性别的新生儿与婴幼儿TORCH阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。新生儿CMV-IgG、RV-IgG、HSVⅠ-IgG、HSVⅡ-IgG阳性率高于婴幼儿阳性率(P<0.05),另外新生儿的CMV-IgM、TOX-IgM、RV-IgM、HSVⅠ-IgM阳性率低于婴幼儿的阳性率(P<0.05)。结论丽水地区新生儿与婴幼儿主要感染是CMV、HSVⅠ、RV,感染模式主要是IgG+IgM-,加强孕前TORCH检测以降低新生儿与婴幼儿TORCH感染率,从而提高新出生人口质量。 Objective This paper aims to investigate the incidence of TORCH infection in neonates and infants in Lishui area,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention of TORCH infection.Methods Chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay(CMIA)was used to detect specific antibodies in serum of neonates and infants,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results The positive rates of TORCH-IgG was 99.74%in 1933 samples.The total positive rate of TORCH-IgG was 4.13%,and the positive rate of CMV-IgG,TOX-IgG,RV-IgG,HSVⅠ-IgG,HSVⅡ-IgG were 85.05%,2.97%,66.13%,72.79%,17.84%,respectively.The positive rate of CMV-IgG was the highest,and the positive rate of TOX-IgG was the lowest.The positive rates of CMV-IgM,TOX-IgM,RV-IgM,HSVⅠ-IgM and HSVⅡ-IgM were 3.20%,0.09%,0.09%,0.14%and 0.09%,respectively,and the positive rate of CMV-IgM was the highest.There was no statistical significance on the difference in the positive rate of TORCH in neonates and infants of different genders(P>0.05).In comparison of different ages,the positive rates of CMV-IgG,RV-IgG,HSVⅠ-IgG and HSVⅡ-IgG in neonates were higher than those in infants(P<0.05),and the positive rates of CMV-IgM,TOX-IgM,RV-IgM and HSVⅠ-IgM in neonates were lower than those in infants(P<0.05).Conclusion The main infection patterns of neonates and infants in Lishui area are CMV,HSVⅠand RV,and the main infection pattern is IgG+IgM-.TORCH detection before pregnancy should be strengthened to reduce the infection rate of neonates and infants,so as to improve the quality of newborn population.
