摘要
目的探讨萧山区汉族孕妇MTHFR C677T位点多态性与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平相关性。方法选取2018年7月10日—2021年10月21日在本院进行MTHFR C677T位点多态性检测的孕妇为研究对象,评价MTHFR C677T位点多态性分布特征;评价GDM组与对照组基因型及等位基因频率分布差异、Hcy水平相关性。结果2035例孕妇MTHFR C677T位点多态性显示CC型724例(35.58%),CT型969例(47.62%),TT型342例(16.80%);T等位基因与GDM发病风险成显著相关(OR=5.13),TT型GDM组明显高于对照组(χ^(2)=47.550,P<0.01)。共显性模型显示TT型与GDM发病风险成显著相关(OR=13.17);显性模型显示CT+TT型与GDM发病风险成显著相关(OR=4.29);隐性模型显示TT型与GDM发病风险成显著相关(OR=10.52)。MTHFR C677T位点多态性与Hcy水平比较,TT型高于CC型(t=-6.437,P<0.01);TT型高于CT型(t=5.863,P<0.01)。结论萧山区汉族孕妇MTHFR C677T位点多态性分布特征与GDM风险、Hcy浓度有显著相关性。
Objective This study aims to investigate the correlation between MTHFR C677T polymorphism and gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and homocysteine(Hcy)levels in pregnant women of Han nationality in Xiaoshan District,Hangzhou City.Methods Pregnant women who underwent MTHFR C677T polymorphism detection in our hospital from July 10,2018 to October 21,2021 were selected as subjects to evaluate the distribution characteristics of MTHFR C677T polymorphism.Then,the difference of genotype and allele frequency distribution and the correlation of Hcy level between GDM group and control group were evaluated.Results MTHFR C677T polymorphism in 2035 pregnant women showed that CC type was 35.57%(724 cases),CT type was 47.62%(969 cases),TT type was 16.81%(342 cases);T allele was significantly correlated with the risk of GDM(OR=5.13),and the TT type in GDM group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ^(2)=47.550,P<0.01).Co-dominant model,dominant model and recessive model were significantly correlated with GDM risk(OR=13.17,OR=4.29,OR=10.52).The MTHFR C677T polymorphism was significantly higher in TT type than in CC type compared with Hcy level(t=-6.437,P<0.01),TT type was significantly higher than CT type(t=5.863,P<0.01).Conclusion There was a significant correlation between MTHFR C677T polymorphism distribution and GDM risk and Hcy level in pregnant women of Han population in Xiaoshan District,Hangzhou City.
