摘要
目的探讨绵阳地区女性生殖道支原体感染与血清维生素D(Vit D)水平的关系。方法2018年1月—2021年6月绵阳市中心医院妇产科就诊的267例女性参与该研究,取宫颈分泌物进行支原体培养,高效液相串联质谱法检测血清25-(OH)VD_(2)、25-(OH)VD_(3)水平。结果267例女性中,生殖道支原体培养阳性105例。阳性组与对照组的血清25-(OH)VD_(2)、25-(OH)VD_(3)和25-(OH)VD水平相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。25-(OH)VD水平减低组生殖道支原体感染阳性率(43.23%)高于充足组(29.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.365,P<0.05)。在生殖道支原体感染者中,25-(OH)VD水平减低组(26.51%)与充足组(36.36%)耐药率比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.828,P>0.05)。结论女性生殖道支原体感染与血清Vit D水平减低具有一定相关性,25-(OH)VD水平减低会增加女性生殖道支原体培养阳性率。
Objective To explore the relationship between female genital tract mycoplasma infection and serum vitamin D (Vit D) levels in Mianyang area.Methods A total of 267 women admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Mianyang Central Hospital from January 2018 to June 2021 participated in the study.Cervical secretions were collected for mycoplasma culture,serum 25-(OH) VD_(2) and 25-(OH) VD_(3) level were detected by high performance liquid phase tandem mass spectrometry.Results Among 267 women,105 cases were positive for mycoplasma culture in the genital tract.There were no significant differences in serum 25-(OH) VD_(2) level,25-(OH) VD_(3)level and 25-(OH) VD level between the positive group and the control group (P>0.05).The positive rate of genital mycoplasma infection in the 25-(OH) VD reduced group(43.23%) was higher than that in the sufficient group (29.33%),and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=4.365,P<0.05).Among patients infected with Mycoplasma genitalium,there was no statistical significance on the difference in the drug resistance rate between the reduced 25-(OH) VD level group (26.51%) and the sufficient group (36.36%)(χ^(2)=0.828,P>0.05).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between female genital tract mycoplasma infection and the decrease of serum Vit D level,and the decrease of 25-(OH) VD levels can increase the positive rate of female genital tract Mycoplasma culture.
