摘要
目的阐述肺腺癌患者手术前后外周血清细胞因子的动态变化,评估手术前后机体免疫状态的变化。方法选择在舟山医院就诊的55例肺腺癌患者,应用多因子流式细胞术对其手术前和手术后外周血清13种细胞因子进行检测,并应用统计学方法分析手术前后细胞因子的动态变化情况。结果白细胞介素5(IL-5)在手术后的肺腺癌患者中为3.56(2.89,5.79)pg/ml,高于手术前的2.47(2.09,2.95)pg/ml(P<0.001),白细胞介素9(IL-9)和白细胞介素17A(IL-17A)手术后分别为2.87(2.20,4.83)pg/ml和2.19(2.19,14.69)pg/ml,低于手术前的3.15(2.31,5.55)pg/ml和2.19(2.19,17.56)pg/ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺腺癌患者手术后外周血清细胞因子IL-5增高,IL-9和IL-17A减低。肺腺癌患者手术后机体免疫状态发生改变,检测手术前后细胞因子对手术患者免疫状态评估具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of circulating sera cytokines in patients with lung adenocarcinoma before and after surgery,and to evaluate the changes of immune status between pre-surgery and post-surgery.Methods A total of 55 patients with lung adenocarcinoma were admitted to Zhoushan Hospital.Thirteen cytokines in peripheral sera were detected before and after surgery by multi-cytokines detection,and statistical analysis was used to evaluate the dynamic changes of cytokines before and after surgery.Results The post-surgical level of interleukin 5(IL-5)in patients with lung adenocarcinoma was 3.56(2.89,5.79)pg/ml,significantly higher than pre-surgical level 2.47(2.09,2.95)pg/ml(P<0.001).The post-surgical interleukin-9(IL-9)and interleukin-17A(IL-17A)were respectively 2.87(2.20,4.83)pg/ml and 2.19(2.19,14.69)pg/ml,significantly lower than the pre-surgical level of 3.15(2.31,5.55)pg/ml and 2.19(2.19,17.56)pg/ml,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After surgery,the level of IL-5 increased,whereas IL-9 and IL-17A decreased in patients with lung adenocarcinoma.The immune status of patients with lung adenocarcinoma changes after the surgery,and thus the detection of cytokines before and after surgery has clinical significance for the evaluation of immune status for patients.
