康复新液联合香砂养胃丸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾虚气滞证的临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of Kangfuxin liquid combined with Xiangsha Yangwei pill in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome

目的分析康复新液联合香砂养胃丸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)脾虚气滞证的临床疗效。方法选择2019年4月至2021年10月首都医科大学电力教学医院确诊为CAG脾虚气滞证患者80例,随机分为A组40例(常规西药+康复新液治疗)和B组40例(在A组的基础上+香砂养胃丸治疗),疗程均为8周。观察两组治疗前后的胃黏膜状况、血清胃泌素17(gastrin 17,G-17)、白介素(interleukin,IL)-6、降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin gene related peptide,CGRP)以及肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)-α水平变化。结果B组的总有效率(92.50%)优于A组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,B组中医症状总评分、胃黏膜评分、血清IL-6以及TNF-α水平较A组均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后B组血清G-17和CGRP水平较A组均明显高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对CAG脾虚气滞证患者实施康复新液联合香砂养胃丸治疗的效果确切,可有效调节胃肠激素及炎症因子水平,中医症状总评分明显降低,有效改善胃黏膜状况。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin liquid combined with Xiangsha Yangwei pill in treating chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome.Methods 80 patients with CAG spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome were selected from Electric Power Teaching Hospital of Capital Medical University from April 2019 to October 2021 and randomly divided into group A(40 patients treated with conventional western medicine+Kangfuxin liquid)and group B(40 patients treated with Xiangsha Yangwei pill on the basis of group A).The course of treatment was 8 weeks..The gastric mucosa,serum gastrin 17(G-17),serum interleukin-6(IL-6),calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of group B was better than that of group A,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,gastric mucosa score,serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels in group B were significantly improved compared with group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum G-17 and CGRP in group B were significantly higher than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid combined with Xiangsha Yangwei pill has a definite effect on patients with CAG spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome.It can effectively regulate the levels of gastrointestinal hormones and inflammatory factors,significantly reduce the total score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,and effectively improve the condition of gastric mucosa.
