摘要
随着制鞋企业自身品牌和品质的提高,企业对人才的需求也随之上升。在制鞋企业公开招聘的岗位中,鞋类设计人员的需求缺口最大,是市场较为稀缺的专业性人才。本文介绍了我国鞋类设计行业现状,指出鞋类设计人才缺乏是制约我国制鞋行业发展的主要因素。阐述了鞋类设计人才培养的基本情况、存在的问题和发展对策,旨在提高行业对人才培养重要性的认识,提升制鞋行业核心竞争力,促进我国由制鞋大国向制鞋强国迈进。
With the improvement of the brand and quality of shoe-making enterprises, the demand for talents is rising. Among the posts publicly recruited by shoe-making enterprises, shoe designers have the largest demand gap, and are relatively scarce professional talents in the market. This paper introduced the current situation of Chinese footwear design industry, and pointed out that the lack of footwear design talents was the main factor restricting the development of Chinese footwear industry. The basic situation, existing problems and development countermeasures of the training of footwear design talents were expounded, aiming to improve the industry’s understanding of the importance of talent training, enhance the core competitiveness of the shoe-making industry, and promote China to move forward from a large shoe-making country to a powerful shoe-making country.
