Application Advantage and Development Trend of Synthetic Leather Materials in Sports Goods

随着我国体育运动热潮的兴起,体育用品的需求量不断增加。由于天然皮革在成本和资源上的限制,使得合成革材料脱颖而出,并逐渐在体育用品的生产与制备中取得进一步的发展。基于此,本文介绍了合成革材料的发展概况,以及每一代合成革材料的优缺点,从运动鞋、体育手套和球类器材三方面探讨了合成革材料在体育用品中的具体应用和性能优势,并对合成革材料在体育用品领域的发展趋势进行总结与展望,以期为今后合成革材质体育用品的性能提升、多功能化和定制化生产提供参考。

With the rise of sports boom in China, the demand for sports goods is increasing. Due to the cost and resource constraints of natural leather, synthetic leather materials have come to the fore and gradually made further development in the production and preparation of sports goods. Based on this, this paper introduced the development of synthetic leather materials, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each generation of synthetic leather materials, discussed the specific application and performance advantages of synthetic leather materials in sports goods from three aspects of sports shoes, sports gloves and ball equipment.The development trend of synthetic leather materials in the field of sports goods was summarized and prospected, with a view to improving the performance of sports goods made of synthetic leather materials in the future, aiming to provide reference for multifunctional and customized production.
