网购的普及增加了消费者对鞋服产品的需求,给鞋服企业带来了新平台及新机遇。以往的人工分拣方式已经不再适合鞋服企业仓储物流分拣需要,而采用大型分拨设备又存在高额成本问题。因此,在现有条件下,合理设计鞋服企业仓储物流分拣系统是适应市场需求变化的前提条件。本文从鞋服企业仓储物流分拣管理目标出发,为鞋服企业仓储物流系统设计提供思路及优化途径,希望能够提升鞋服企业仓储物流分拣效率,助推企业长远发展。

The popularity of online shopping has increased consumer demand for footwear and apparel products, bringing new platforms and opportunities to footwear and apparel enterprises.The previous manual sorting method is no longer suitable for the warehousing and logistics sorting needs of shoes and apparel enterprises. At the same time, there is a problem of high cost to realize the use of large-scale distribution equipment.Under the existing conditions, the rational design of the warehousing and logistics sorting system for shoes and apparel enterprises is a prerequisite for adapting to changes in market demand. Starting from the goal of warehousing and logistics sorting management of shoes and apparel enterprises, this paper provided ideas and optimization methods for the design of warehousing and logistics systems of shoes and apparel enterprises, hoping to improve the efficiency of warehousing and logistics sorting of shoes and apparel enterprises and promote the long-term development of enterprises.
