摘要 大型数控车床主传动系统设计相较于中、小型数控车床主传动系统设计更为复杂,考虑的因素也更多。以某?1 000 mm型规格的数控车床主轴箱研发过程为例,结合常规变速系统及一般无级变速系统的设计思想,归纳出一种基于伺服主轴电机驱动、多挡无级调速传动的大型精密数控车床主传动系统设计方法。详细分析了功率缺口和速度缺口产生的原因,并提出了解决方案,为大型精密数控车床主传动系统的研发及普通车床数控化改造提供了有价值的参考。 The design of the main drive system of large CNC lathes is more complicated than that of medium and small CNC lathes, and there are more factors to consider. Taking the research and development process of a ?1 000 mm type CNC lathe spindle box as an example and combining with the design ideas of conventional speed change system and general stepless speed change system, a design method of main drive system of CNC lathe with a large-scale precision based on servo spindle motor drive and multi-speed stepless speed regulation transmission is summarized. The reasons for the power gap and speed gap are analyzed in detail, and solutions are proposed, which provide a valuable reference for the research and development of the main drive system of large precision CNC lathes and the NC transformation of ordinary lathes.
