摘要
为有效提高不同类型用户对汽车方向盘的需求和体验,结合KJ法和Kano模型的设计方法,通过专家访谈和用户调研,确定汽车方向盘按键功能区划分、数量、布置和操作形式的标准化属性,使用KJ法搜集用户对方向盘功能的需求,结合Kano模型找出需求与用户满意度间的关系,从系统性和整体性层面,构建用户需求获取-需求属性指标-提炼需求数据-筛选结果分类的分析模型,将用户需求转化为产品功能,得出方向盘外观、体验和功能的发展趋势,设计出可行性方案。研究表明:基于KJ法的需求数据可有效提高Kano模型的精准性和有效性,为汽车方向盘设计提供新思路和可操作方法,提升产品体验和可用性.
To effectively improve the requirement and experience of different types of users on vehicle steering wheels,a design solution that combined with KJ method and Kano model was used to determine the standardized attributes of vehicles,including division of functional areas,quantity,layout and operation form of vehicle steering wheels through expert interviews and user surveys.KJ method was used to collect user requirements on functions of steering wheels,combined with Kano model to find out the relationship between requirements and user satisfaction.User requirements acquisition,requirement attribute index,refine requirement data,screen results categories models were constructed from the perspectives of systematicness and integrity.User requirement was transformed into product functions to obtain the development tendency of appearance,experience and functions of steering wheels,therefore scheming out feasibility planning.In conclusion,the requirement data based on KJ method could effectively improve the accuracy and effectiveness of Kano model.This provided new ideas and workable methods on steering wheel design,improving product experience and usability.
