应用中药治疗股骨粗隆间骨折PFNA术后对髋关节功能的影响分析

Effect of Dialectical Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Hip Function in Patients with Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture after Pfna

目的探究股骨粗隆间骨折股骨近端防髓内钉(PFNA)术后患者应用中药治疗对髋关节功能的影响分析。方法选取2020年8月—2021年8月收治的76例股骨粗隆间骨折PFNA术后患者,按随机数表法分为试验组和对照组各38例。试验组应用中药治疗,对照组采用常规药物,对比两组手术相关指标、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS评分)、患者髋关节功能评分(Harris评分)、术后并发症及术后骨折不愈合率。结果试验组术后住院时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1个月试验组低于对照组(P<0.05),Harris评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月试验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组术后骨折不愈合率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对股骨粗隆间骨折PFNA术后患者应用中药治疗促进患者康复,有效缓解疼痛,促进髋关节功能恢复,降低术后并发症发生风险,促进骨折愈合。

Objective To explore the effect of dialectical application of traditional Chinese medicine on hip function in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture after proximal femoral intramedullary nail(PFNA).Methods 76 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research object.They were randomLy divided into the study group and the routine group with 38 cases.The study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture after PFNA,and the routine group was treated with routine rehabilitation training.The operation related indexes,visual analog pain score(VAS score),hip function score(Harris score),postoperative complication rate and postoperative fracture nonunion rate of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative hospital stay and fracture healing time of the study group were shorter than those of the routine group(P<0.05).The VAS score of patients in the study group was lower than that in the routine group one month after operation(P<0.05),the Harris score of patients and the incidence of complications in the study group were higher than those in the routine group one month after operation(P<0.05).Three months after operation,the rate of postoperative fracture nonunion in the study group was higher,the rate of postoperative fracture nonunion was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The dialectical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture after PFNA can promote the rehabilitation of patients,effectively relieve pain,promote the recovery of hip function,reduce the risk of postoperative complications and promote fracture healing.
