中医药治疗72例“德尔塔”毒株新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的回顾性研究

A Retrospective Study of 72 Cases of COVID-19 Patients with Delta Virus Strain Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的 回顾性评价中医药对“德尔塔”毒株新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19,新冠肺炎)患者的临床疗效。方法 收集2021年9月—2021年10月哈尔滨市定点医院收治的72例新冠肺炎病例(其中轻型32例,普通型40例),观察患者经中医药介入治疗,临床症状、血常规、炎症因子等在治疗前后的检查结果,梳理中药运用规律。结果 中医药治愈率100%,患者均符合出院标准康复出院,临床症状缓解;轻型患者的C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein, CRP)、中性粒细胞百分比(neutrophil Percentage, N%)、淋巴细胞(lymphocyte, Ly)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)水平得到改善(P<0.05);普通型患者经治疗后白细胞(white blood cell, WBC)、CRP、中性粒细胞(neutrophil, NEUT)、N%、IL-6水平得到改善,但与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)、降钙素原(Procalcitonin, PCT)降低(P<0.05)。结论 中医药可明显治疗COVID-19患者的临床症状,改善实验室检查指标,对“德尔塔”变异毒株COVID-19仍有治疗作用。

Objective To retrospectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)with delta virus strain.Methods A total of 72 cases of COVID-19 were collected from September to October 2021 in Harbin designated hospitals(including 32 cases of mild type and 40 cases of common type),and the clinical symptoms,blood routine test and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were observed after interventional treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,so as to sort out the rules of using traditional Chinese medicine.Results The curative rate of TCM was 100%.All patients met the discharge criteria and recovered.The clinical symptoms were relieved.In mild patients,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),neutrophil percentage(N%),lymphocyte(Ly)and interleukin-6 I(L-6)were improved(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of white blood cell(WBC),CRP,neutrophil(NEUT),N%and IL-6 in patients with ordinary type were improved,but the difference was not statistically significant as compared with those before treatment(P>0.05),and the levels of interleukin-10(IL-10)and procalcitonin(PCT)were decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM can significantly treat the clinical symptoms of patients with COVID-19 and improve laboratory indicators,and it still has a therapeutic effect on COVID-19 with delta virus strain.
