菊科9属14种植物叶绿体基因组结构特征及其药用植物鉴定意义 被引量:1

Chloroplast Genome Structure Characteristics of 14 Species in 9 Genera of Compositae and Their Identification Significance for Medicinal Plants

摘要 目的 对菊科9个属14种药用植物叶绿体基因组进行分析,明确其结构特征,为菊科物种评价和鉴定提供理论基础。方法 利用NCBI(national center for biotechnology information,美国国立生物技术信息中心)等软件对Genbank下载得到14种植物叶绿体基因组序列进行简单重复序列(simple sequence repeat, SSR)、IR/SSC边界(interspersed repeat sequences,分散重复序列/small single copy,小单拷贝区)、重复序列以及系统发育分析。结果 菊科9个属14种药用植物叶绿体基因组长度在152~154 kb之间。对5种菊科植物叶绿体基因组进行SSR分析,得到6种SSRs共209个。重复序列分析表明物种内正向重复与回文重复数约为1∶1。同属植物聚为一支与传统相符合。结论 1.菊科同属植物叶绿体基因组结构相似,各区基因相对保守。2.矢车菊亚族和飞廉亚族亲缘关系较近,而刺苞亚族与前两个亚族之间的亲缘关系较远。 Objective The chloroplast genomes of 14 medicinal plants belonging to 9 genera of Compositae were analyzed to clarify their structural characteristics and provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation and identification of Compositae species.Methods NCBI(National Center for Biotechnology Information)and other software were used to download 14 plant chloroplast genome sequences and perform SSR(simple sequence repeat),IR/SSC boundary(Interspersed repeat sequences/Small Single Copy),repeat sequence and phylogenetic analysis.Results The length of chloroplast genomes of 14 medicinal plants in 9 genera of Compositae ranges from 152 kb to 154 kb.SSR analysis was performed on the chloroplast genomes of five species of Compositae,and a total of 209 SSRs of six species were obtained.Repeat sequence analysis showed that the number of forward repeats and palindrome repeats within the species was about 1:1.The clustering of plants of the same genus was in line with tradition.Conclusions 1.The chloroplast genome structure of the same genus of Compositae is similar,and the genes in each region are relatively conserved.2.The kinship relationship between the Centaureinae O.Hoffm.and the Carduinae O.Hoffm is relatively close,while the kinship between the thorn bud subfamily and the first two subfamily is relatively distant.
