以离子液体为流动相添加剂在天然产物色谱分析中的应用研究进展

Research progress in application of ionic liquids as mobile phase additives in chromatographic analysis of natural products

离子液体在室温下通常为液态,是完全由有机阳离子和各种阴离子组成的盐。离子液体具有不易挥发,黏度可调,溶解力强,导电性好等特点,在分析化学领域具有广泛的应用。本文综述离子液体在天然产物色谱分析中的应用研究进展,探讨离子液体作用机理和分离效能。通过查阅相关中英文文献,按照不同类型天然产物对内容进行归纳整理。结果表明离子液体在生物碱、有机酸、黄酮等天然产物的色谱分析都得到了应用,其在生物碱中的应用最为广泛。通过本文的研究,以期为离子液体在天然产物色谱分析方面的应用提供借鉴和参考。

Ionic liquids(ILs),which are usually in the liquid form at room temperature,are salts composed entirely of organic cations and various anions.ILs possess fascinating properties such as low volatility,tunable viscosity,strong solvency and electrolytic conductivity,which make ILs widely applicable in analytical chemistry.This review summarized the progress in applications of ionic liquids in chromatographic analysis of natural pro ducts.The mechanism and separation efficiency of ionic liquid were introduced.The related journal articles were collected from different databases,and the collected data was classified based on different types natural products.Literatures reflect that ILs have been applied in the chromatographic analysis of alkaloids,organic acids,flavonoids,and other natural products.Among them,ILs are most widely used in the chromatographic analysis of alkaloids.Through the study of this paper,in order to provide reference for the application of ionic liquids in the chromatographic analysis of natural products.
