混沌控制视角下考虑政府税收的企业集群市场价格动态复杂性研究

Dynamic complexity of enterprise cluster market price considering government tax from the perspective of chaos control

企业集群内部同业企业间竞争恶劣,市场价格无序竞争情势严峻,影响了集群持续发展.政府税收补贴一直以来被作为集群发展优势,但关于政府税收对企业集群发展的影响机理,尤其是关于对集群市场价格的影响作用尚不明确.基于Bertrand竞争,应用混沌控制理论,考虑政府税收,建立了群内企业分别采用Naive和GD策略的价格动态博弈混沌控制模型,研究了政府税收对市场价格动态复杂性的影响,并通过MATLAB软件进行数值仿真.研究表明:税收补贴这一集群优势对企业集群发展未必有积极作用,较低的税收比率容易导致集群市场价格的分叉和混沌;企业采用GD策略时价格调整速度大于某临界值时价格演化将会产生分叉或混沌现象;企业价格调整速度相对较大时,较高的政府税收比率有益于市场价格的演化均衡;政府税收可以改善市场价格的稳定性,增大政府税收比率可扩大价格均衡存在的稳定区域,促进市场价格的稳定性.

The fierce competition among the same industry enterprises within the enterprise cluster and the disordered market price competition have seriously affected the sustainable development of the cluster.Government tax subsidies have always been regarded as the advantages of cluster development,but the mechanism of the influence of government tax on the development of enterprise clusters,especially the impact on the market price of clusters,has not been explored.In this paper,the chaotic control model of price dynamic game is established by using naive and GD strategies based on Bertrand competition and considering the government tax.The influence of government tax on the stability of market price is studied,and the numerical simulation is carried out by MATLAB software.The results show that,the advantage of tax subsidies may not have a positive effect on the development of enterprise clusters,low tax rate will lead to the bifurcation and chaos of cluster market price,when enterprises adopt the GD strategy,when the price adjustment speed is greater than a certain critical value,the price evolution will produce bifurcation or chaos,government tax can improve the stability of market price,that is,increasing the ratio of government tax can expand the stable area of price equilibrium and realize the stability of market price.
