摘要
目的:探讨基于"学习-见习-实习-反思"模式的远程教学课堂在静脉输液港技术培训中的应用效果。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取郑州大学第一附属医院2019年1-12月新入职的65名护士为对照组,选取2020年1-12月新入职的65名护士为观察组。对照组采取常规静脉输液港技术培训模式,观察组采取基于"学习-见习-实习-反思"模式的远程教学课堂。比较两组护士的考核成绩及对培训模式满意度。结果:培训后,观察组护士专科理论知识与临床技能考核成绩、对培训模式满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:基于"学习-见习-实习-反思"模式的远程教学课堂模式在静脉输液港技术培训中的应用效果显著,可提高护士的专科知识与技能,且满意度高。
Objective To explore the effects of distance classroom based on"learning-probation-practice-reflection"mode in the technical training of venous port access.Methods Totally 65 newly recruited nurses from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January to December 2019 were selected as the control group,and 65 newly recruited nurses from January to December 2020 were selected as the observation group by convenience sampling.Nurses in the control group received the conventional venous port access training,while nurses in the observation group were trained by distance classroom based on the"learning-probation-practice-reflection"mode.The assessment results and satisfaction with the training mode were compared between the two groups of nurses.Results After the training,the nurses in the observation group had higher academic knowledge and clinical skill scores and satisfaction with the training mode than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The distance classroom mode based on the"learning-probation-practice-reflection"mode in the technical training of venous port access has a remarkable effect,which can improve the specialized knowledge and skills of nurses and contributes to a high satisfaction.
