基于和利时DCS控制的一种循环流化床锅炉给煤量修正方法

摘要 针对循环流化床锅炉多台给煤机下煤量不均,或者煤种掺烧分布不均,亦或者因为炉内风量分布不均造成炉内燃烧氧量偏差大或者床温偏差大。本文提出了一种连续修正给煤量的控制方法,以解决现有的燃烧参数异常时需手动调节修正给煤指令,造成运行人员劳动强度大的问题。本方法已通过了实际项目的应用验证。 For the circulating fluidized bed boiler, the amount of coal fed by multiple coal feeders is uneven, or the coal type is mixed and burned unevenly, or the uneven distribution of air volume in the furnace results in a large deviation of combustion oxygen in the furnace or large deviation of bed temperature. In this paper, a control method of continuously correcting the coal feeding quantity is proposed to solve the problem that the existing coal feeding instruction needs to be manually adjusted when the combustion parameters are abnormal, resulting in high labor intensity for operators. This method has been applied in practical projects.
