完善绿色发展标准体系:促进绿色产品、绿色消费与绿色金融的融合发展

Improve the Green Development Standard System: Promote the Integrated Development of Green Products, Green Consumption and Green Finance

绿色标准是生态文明制度建设的基础性内容,完善绿色发展标准体系是新发展阶段促进经济社会全面绿色转型的重要政策工具和制度保障。论文通过分析我国绿色产品标准、认证体系建设进展,以及绿色产品与绿色消费、绿色金融的融合发展现状,针对当前绿色产品标准不统一、绿色消费带动不足、绿色金融衔接不充分等问题,建议借助科技赋能绿色产品标准体系构建、加快绿色产品认证制度体系建设和延长绿色发展“制度链”,通过完善绿色发展标准体系,促进更高水平的绿色供给与需求动态平衡。

Green standards are the basic content of ecological civilization system construction, and improving the green development standard system is an important policy tool and institutional guarantee to promote the comprehensive green transformation of economy and society in the new development stage. By analyzing the construction progress of China’s green product standard system, as well as the current situation of integration and development status of green product and green consumption and green finance, in response to the current problems of non-uniform green product standards, insufficient green consumption drive and inadequate green finance articulation, it is suggested to build green product standard system with the help of technology empowerment, accelerate the construction of green product certification system and extend the green development "system chain" so as to promote a higher level of dynamic balance between green supply and demand.
