滋水涵木针法治疗绝经综合征的效果及对性激素水平的影响

Effect of zishui hanmu acupuncture on menopausal syndrome and influence of sex hormone level

目的:探讨滋水涵木针法治疗绝经综合征的效果及对血清性激素水平的影响。方法:选择2019年8月—2021年8月收治的绝经综合征患者90例,随机分为针刺组和激素组,每组45例。针刺组采用滋水涵木针法,激素组只服用替勃龙片。疗程8周,疗程结束后第4周随访。比较两组患者的Kupperman评分、血清性激素[雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)、性激素促卵泡激素(FSH)]水平、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗4周、8周后,两组Kupperman评分比治疗前均有所下降,但针刺组下降得更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疗程结束后第4周与治疗8周后比较,针刺组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而激素组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,针刺组E2水平显著高于激素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组FSH和LH比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。针刺组临床总有效率为88.89%(40/45),激素组为91.11%(41/45),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。针刺组不良反应发生率为6.67%(3/45),低于激素组的24.44%(11/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋水涵木针法可有效改善绝经综合征患者雌激素水平和临床症状,不良反应少,远期疗效更理想。

Objective: To explore the effect of zishui hanmu acupuncture on menopausal syndrome and the influence of sex hormone level.Methods: Ninety patients with menopausal syndrome admitted from August 2019 to August 2021 were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group.The acupuncture group was treated with the method of nourishing water and culturing wood, while the hormone group was only treated with tibolone.The course of treatment was 8 weeks and the follow-up was 4 weeks after the course of treatment.Kupperman score, serum levels of sex hormones[estradiol(E2),Lutropin Alfa(LH),sex hormone Follitropin beta(FSH)],clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results: After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, Kupperman score decreased in both groups, but the decrease was more obvious in acupuncture group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).But there was a significant difference between the 4 th week and the 8 th week after treatment in acupuncture group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between these in hormone group(P>0.05).After treatment, the level of E2 in acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in hormone group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in FSH and LH levels(P>0.05).The total clinical effective rate was 88.89%(40/45) in acupuncture group and 91.11%(41/45) in hormone group, with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in acupuncture group was 6.67%(3/45),much lower than 24.44%(11/45) in hormone group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Zishui Hanmu acupuncture is effective in the treatment of menopausal syndrome, low side effects, effective improvement of estrogen level and clinical symptoms, long-term effect is more ideal.
