摘要
目的 评价自适应统计迭代重组算法(ASIR-V)混合权重对冠状动脉CT血管造影(CCTA)量化分析结果的影响.方法48例CCTA扫描原始数据分别利用滤波反投影法(FBP)、ASIR-V20%、ASIR-V40%、ASIR-V60%、ASIR-V80%混合迭代算法重组.测量升主动脉CT值平均值及标准差、狭窄处管腔最小径、狭窄程度、管腔体积、管腔面积、斑块体积、斑块面积及冠状动脉周围脂肪(PCAT)CT值等.比较不同迭代混合权重对上述测量结果的影响.结果 随着 ASIR-V 比例的提高(FBP,ASIR-V20%,ASIR-V40%,ASIR-V60%,ASIR-V80%),图像噪声逐渐降低[升主动脉 CT值标准差:(39.9±6.8)HU,(35.5±6.2)HU,(31.2±5.7)HU,(27.0±5.3)HU,(23.0±5.0)HU](P<0.05),其他量化结果的差异无统计学意义.结论ASIR-V混合权重影响CCTA图像噪声水平,对量化分析结果的影响无统计学意义.
Objective To investigate the impact of hybrid iterative reconstruction on quantitative analysis of Coronary CT angiography.Methods Coronary CT angiography images were acquired from 48 subjects and reconstructed using different hybrid iterative reconstruction blending weight including FBP,ASIR-V20%,ASIR-V40%,ASIR-V60%and ASIR-V80%.Mean CT value and standard deviation(SD)of ascending aorta were measured and compared.Quantitative analysis were also compared including minimum diameter,stenosis,luminal volume,luminal area,plaque volume,plaque area,and CT value of pericoronary adipose tissue.Results SDs decreased dramatically in the order of increasing ASIR-V percentage ascending aorta:FBP(39.9±6.8)HU,ASIR-V20%(35.5±6.2)HU,ASIR-V40%(31.2±5.7)HU,ASIR-V60%(27.0±5.3)HU,ASIR-V80%(23.0±5.0)HU(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference of quantitative assessments among different algorithms.Conclusion With increasing blending weight of ASIR-V,SDs decreased significantly,while quantitative assessments were not affected with statistically significant difference.
