复方丹参联合硝酸甘油气雾剂治疗冠心病心绞痛100例临床观察

Clinical observation of compound salvia miltiorrhiza combined with nitroglycerin aerosol in the treatment of 100 cases of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

目的 评价复方丹参滴丸联合硝酸甘油气雾剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效.方法 将100例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为3组;A组34例单用复方丹参滴丸;B组33例单用硝酸甘油气雾剂;C组33例联用复方丹参滴丸与硝酸甘油气雾剂.比较治疗前后3组的疗效(症状、症状控制时间、心电图),硝酸甘油气雾剂用量,药物副作用.结果 A组的症状、心电图改善的总有效率分别为79.41%(27/34)和73.53%(25/34),心绞痛症状得到控制的时间为(3.57±0.41)d;B组症状及心电图改善的总有效率分别为93.94%(31/33)和81.82%(27/33),心绞痛症状得到控制的时间为(3.46±0.38)d;C组症状及心电图改善的总有效率分别为100.0%(33/33)和87.88%(29/33),心绞痛症状得到控制的时间为(3.13±0.19)d.3组如上症状、心绞痛症状得到控制时间的比较差异均有显著意义(P均<0.05);C组优于A组、B组(P均<0.05).C组硝酸甘油气雾剂用量少于B组(t=8.135,P<0.05).3组药物副作用比较无差异.结论 推荐复方丹参滴丸联合硝酸甘油气雾剂作为治疗冠心病心绞痛的药物治疗方案,其可增强疗效,且能改善血液流变学指标,有利于患者预后.

Object ive To evaluate the efficacy of Compound DanShen Dropping Pills Combined with nitroglycerin aerosol in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were random.ly divided into three groups:34 cases in group A were treated with Compound DanShen Dropping Pills alone;33 cases in group B were treated with nitroglycerin aerosol alone;33 cases in group C were treated with compound salvia miltiorrhiza and nitroglycerin aerosol.The curative effects(symptoms,symptom control time,ECG),side effects of the three groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rates of symptom and ECG improvement in group A were 79.41%(27/34)and 73.52%(25/34),respectively.The time for angina pectoris symptoms to be controlled was(3.57±0.41)d;The total effective rates of symptom and ECG improvement in group B were 93.94%(31/33)and 81.81%(27/33),respectively.The time for angina pectoris symptoms to be controlled was(3.46±0.38)days;the total effective time of angina pectoris was 100.0%(33/33)and the total effective time of angina pectoris was 87.88%(29/33),respectively.The time for angina pectoris symptoms to be controlled was(3.13±0.19)days.There were significant differences in the above symptoms,the time when the symptoms of angina pectoris were controlled and the total effective rate of ECG improvement among the three groups(P<0.05);The improvement of the above indexes in group C was better than that in group A and group B(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the total effective rate of improving the above symptoms and time for angina symptom to be controlled among the three groups(P<0.05);Group C was better than group A and group B(P<0.05).The dosage of nitroglycerin aerosol in group C was less than that in group B(t=8.135,P<0.05).there was no difference in drug side effects among the three groups.Conclusion Compound DanShen Dropping Pills Combined with nitroglycerin aerosol is recommended as a drug regimen for the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,which can enhance the curative effect,improve hemorheological indexes and be conducive to the prognosis of patients.
