摘要
碳量子点(CQDs)具有独特的发光性能、优异的化学稳定性、易表面修饰、毒性小及良好的生物相容性等优点,在光学器件、光催化、化学传感及生物成像等领域备受青睐。研究发现,通过控制合成条件和选择不同碳源可得到荧光性能各异的CQDs,其在各个领域得到广泛应用。近年来,CQDs在生物传感器方面得到了极大关注,并有望成为未来应用最为广泛的一种生物材料。金属离子与多种生理过程有关,其灵敏性和高选择性的检测和成像非常需要。综述了以有机小分子为碳源的CQDs在金属离子检测中的一些最新研究成果,阐述了CQDs用于金属离子检测的荧光传感机理,并对CQDs金属离子传感器的发展进行了展望。
Carbon quantum dots(CQDs)have the advantages of unique luminescence performance,excellent chemical stability,easy surface modification,low toxicity and good biocompatibility,therefore they are favored in the fields of optical devices,photocatalysis,chemical sensing and biological imaging.Research has found that CQDs with different fluorescence properties can be obtained by controlling synthesis conditions and selecting different carbon sources,which has been widely used in various fields.In recent years,CQDs have received great attention in biosensors and is expected to become one of the most promising biological materials in the future.Metal ions are essential in many physiological processes,and high sensitivity and selectivity CQDs are in high demand for detection and imaging.The new development of CQDs using small organic molecules as carbon sources in metal ion detection was reviewed,the fluorescence sensing mechanism of CQDs for metal ion detection was elaborated,and the progress of CQDs metal ion sensors was discussed.
